On Thursday 15th November 2007 at 2pm Year 4 opened their classroom doors to parents and visitors.

The children were so excited in the run up to 2 o clock and took great delight in showing parents what they have been learning during the Autumn term.

The children prepared the rooms and thought of the different aspects of the curriculum that they wanted to share with their parents. There were activities for parents to participate in, weighing objects, designing their own robot, answering maths questions. The children were on hand to explain the processes to the adults and were able to help when needed! 

Year 4 talked about India week and in particular the festival of Diwali.  

A hugely successful afternoon which saw over 30 parent visitors, a huge thank you to all who supported the children and a big thank you to the children themselves without whom the afternoon would not have been so much fun!
